CCTV for Air Quality Monitoring Systems

Rozhkovskoye oil, gas, and condensate field, West Kazakhstan Region (WKO)

As part of the project, HIKVISION video surveillance cameras were installed at the Air Quality Monitoring Station located at the Rozhkovskoye oil and gas condensate field in the West Kazakhstan Region. The system ensures site security and real-time visual monitoring of station equipment and surrounding areas.

The solution includes high-resolution HIKVISION cameras with night vision, weather-resistant housing, and remote access capability. Installation was carried out in accordance with industrial safety standards and integrated into the existing monitoring infrastructure.

HEI Cable for flare

Rozhkovskoye oil, gas, and condensate field, West Kazakhstan Region (WKO)

As part of the project, HEI (High Energy Insulated) heating cable was supplied by THERMAL WIRE, a manufacturer based in Florida, USA. The cable is designed for industrial heating applications in hazardous areas, providing reliable freeze protection and process temperature maintenance.

The HEI cable features robust construction suitable for use in explosive and corrosive environments, and complies with international safety and performance standards (such as NEC, IEEE, and IECEx). Its high-temperature insulation and power output ensure efficient thermal performance in demanding oil and gas field conditions.

Fire Pump Station

Rozhkovskoye oil, gas, and condensate field, West Kazakhstan Region (WKO)

As part of the project, a fire pump station was delivered and installed to provide a reliable water supply for the fire protection system at the Rozhkovskoye oil and gas condensate field in the West Kazakhstan Region.

The station includes diesel-driven main fire pumps, jockey pumps, a control panel, and complete piping. All components are designed and configured in compliance with international fire safety standards (NFPA 20). The system ensures autonomous operation during emergency situations and is fully integrated into the site’s fire protection infrastructure.

Operating room equipment

As part of the project, DELL server equipment was supplied to ensure a reliable and scalable IT infrastructure. The servers are tailored for data storage, virtualization, and enterprise service management tasks.

In addition to the servers, Canon printers were delivered, providing high-quality printing and operational reliability. All equipment comes with the necessary accessories and software, including licensed operating systems and administration tools.

The technical solution was implemented in accordance with energy efficiency requirements and compatibility with the customer’s existing IT environment.
